Eataly’s Butcher Counter now offers dry-aged beef from Pat LaFrieda! Aged for a minimum of 28 days, it has a strong beefy flavor and a tender texture. Plus, did you know mold isn’t just good on cheese? Due to the dehydration, it forms on the surface of the beef to create a crust. Don’t worry, our butchers will trim that for you, but trust us, it’s a good thing.
